These 30 to 45 minute online tailor-made sessions create a calm and focused mind and a relaxed, yet energised body. Apart from feeling ready for action after the session, your team members will learn tips on how to transfer mindfulness and movement into daily routines at work and at home to support their wellbeing for life at work.

Mel shares her decades of experience with yoga and mindfulness so your team can take the shortcut and apply what works best for them, and get into the routine of upping their mind fitness to be productive, creative and motivated and work.
