There’s nothing like coming home to homemade stew after a hard days work.
It’s magical, special, comforting.
The secret is starting early. Before going out to work, simply fry up and mix all the fantastic ingredients together. Important: use lots of fresh veges and some great meat from the local butcher.
Then let time do the rest. Slow cooking for around 8 hours and then you’ve got gold, well, stew… (for a recipe drop Mr B a line… But to be honest, there is none.. He makes it up as he goes…everytime.)
Ahh.. Hard work and a stew. Not much better…except for homemade bread to go with it!
